    I think you could do a single hop pale ale. It's not a very bitter so if you wanted something with a little more bitterness I would substitute the bitterness addition with something else and then use the palisade for everything else.

    palisade is one that i've never tried. what's the flavor like?



    i've heard it a bit like chinook, but more mild flavors. more aromatic than anything.

    It's been described as slightly citrusy and piney. Substitutes for Cascade or Centennial.
