What magical day job/career/means to an end do you have that pays for such an addicting hobby?

I'm a small business owner. Among other things, but that is the one I claim.
I also occasionally moonlight as a super genius.

Well, if running a website which loses money every month counts, then I am a webmaster, web developer, web host provider and server administrator.

If you only count things you make money at, then I'm an Engineering Project Manager.

I am an auto mechanic by profession, I do some race engine building on the side, one of my Mitsubishi lancer Evolution motors won Pikes Peak hill climb a couple years ago in the unlimited class, I have many street going 700-wheel horsepower 2.3L stroker Evolutions out there terrorizing the streets (yes, that is 700 HP to all four wheels as measured on a dyno). I also do a lot of Subaru WRX and STi builds as well but those usually end up in the 500 wheel horsepower range.

By night I am an all-grain brewer, a breaker of winds, and an aspiring dirigible pilot just as soon as I can sucker someone into letting me borrow one.

A lowly mechanical engineering student, beer judge, and hop farmer. Wish I could figure out a way to make some money judging beer.

No. You're not. None of that is true. Except you might be a guy.
